| mpeg-1 playtime problem I have some mpegs that windows media player will only play for 1 or 2 minutes, but Power DVD will play the full file (over 1 hour). When I open windows media player 8, the progress bar shows that the vids are only 2 minutes long. Could this have something to do with the meta info in the mpegs? ![]() |

| More like a problem with WMP to be honest. Try a Transcode/Repacketize of the MPG-! file with M1-Edit or M2-Edit as it will "fix" the mpeg if its the problem. You can also try demuxing the MPG file with Tmpgenc and re-muxing with another such as bbMPEG or MEG2VCR. |
