MP4 convertion software - Club CDFreaks

What's the best program to convert videos (avi, mpg, rmvb) to MP4 format? I tried WinAVI and the quality isn't as good as I want. Is there a better program to do this? Thanks.

Do you mean the WinAVI iPod/PSP/3GP/MP4 Video Converter?
Can you tell me more about the problem, I'm interest in the software...

Thanks for the reply. I compressed a 24 min video to 112mb, and the quality is not very good. But I found some 93mb videos that have really good quality. So I was just wondering if there's a better conversion program.
