Making DivX using SBC

Just followed that instruction at GameFreaks site but after Nandub did his job the movie looks like shit!
It freezes all the time and the resolution doesn't stay sharp; it just can't handle the it!

Someone got some advice? I followed the complete instruction.

I made the same movie using the MakeFilm priciple and want the check what looks better and what is better to use.

Weird because mine look great
The problem is that Nandub has loads of options and there are no fixed settings for the best quality... Try this:

In the SBC Options, Compression Levels: Change all "when motion over" to 300 and set the first line (DRF) to Min 2, Max 8.
