Looking for DVD-R dll file

Hi,
I have been searching for a missing DVD-R file named zdvdapi.dll
Can someone point me to a download of this file.
DVD Rom is a Compaq SD-M/002. When I reloaded the files for running this unit after cleaning my HD and loading WIN98SE, I now get this error message of a missing .dll file listed above.
Thanks in advance for the help!

Do a "Save Target As" to download Zdvdapi.dll.

Downloaded file;still won't work

I downloaded the .dll file. Thankyou Inertia!!!! I moved it into the Softdvd folder with the other DVD files. When I launch SoftDVD I still get the missing .dll file error. Went back to confirm it is there. I can't see the file but if I try to reload it, the system tells me it is already there. I checked the dvd config file to make sure it is pointing to the right drive. It is. Why does the system still say it can't find the file?
Thanks,
capshroud

I don't know. Try putting a copy of the file in the C:\Windows\System directory and see if you still get an error message.

New file missing - DSPRENG.DLL

Thanks again Inertia. I also remember how to show the hidden files so I can see what is where.
I suspect this is going to be a soap opera. Now program is looking for dspreng.dll
Any luck on that one?
Thanks,
capshroud

Deadend-inconceivable message

Thanks again for your help Inertia. I am afraid I have met the end of this soap opera. Transferred all the required files to Windows systems directory only to be met with an unintelligible message again related to the "missing" zdvdapi.dll file which is there in the directory.
I suppose at this point I will uninstall softdvd and buy the WINDVD or POWERDVD software. I don't know where else to go here. I am sure the drive is ok.
Suggestions?
