Can Someone Help Me To Import Subtitles in Mkv File. Thanks

Get MKVToolnix, install it, run MkvMerge gui.

Drag your mkv into the input files box. Drag your subtitle file into the input files box. It will appear in Tracks. Then change the filename and click Start Muxing.

Nope, that would make no sense.
There is srt etc etc etc.

What do you mean, Mux a sub into an avi? If I was you, I'd just remux into MKV. Same method as I said above but just drag the avi into Mkvmerge instead.
