help editing screen saver - Club CDFreaks

iam trying to set up a vidio clip and install it as a screen saver on my pc,can anyone guide me there?i can change the vidio format to what ever but how could you install it?thanks PEANCH.

There's loads of programs that will take either an AVI, SWF (flash) or MPEG file and make them into a screensaver.
Top of Google's list was ScreensaverXP
