| A good media joiner???????? Guys do you have a very good recommended program that joins .avi .wma .wmi etc without problems? i have used AVI MPEG RM WMV Joiner but i feel its a load of crap so is their customer service who dont bother to help. I have installed some codecs but i need something that tells me what codecs i need if i dont have them or at leats someone that tells me what codecs i need (AVI MPEG RM WMV Joiner support team dont know this) even after i have installed WinDVD 6, XP codec and DivX. Thanks |

| Re: A good media joiner???????? For .avi files the easiest (& free) is VirtualDub. Just open the first & append the second part. Ensure that under the video tab you select direct copy as this will keep the existing codec & literally write out the combined stream. It's very quick. For identifying what codecs are needed use Gspot and/or Avicodec. The latter will help in downloading missing ones. |
