Getting a message - Club CDFreaks

I'm trying to play an AVI file on Real Player, I downloaded Div3 and I was able to play one, now I try to play another and the message "Bad data in AVI source file" appears. Whats wrong?Thank You. Lots.

Maybe the file is not OK; try play it in Win Media player and see what happens.

Or try to open it in VirtualDub. If your AVI is corrupted you'll get an error message...
