| Frame rate issues I tried converting a NTSC Film Divx to a PAL VCD using TMPGEnc... When I tried to view it on my DVD the movie was jerky in some areas. Does anyone know how to fix this... I know it has something to do with the frame rate change since the NTSC Film version of the VCD I created run without this problems ( Unfortunatly it comes out in black/White... Something to do with my tv not being NTSC friendly ) I am fairly new to the conversion scene so I would appretate any feedback on this problem ( Even if it is to confirm my growing fears that there is no way to solve this problem ).... |
