HI ALL

WHEN I USE SPRUCE UP I CANNOT GET AUDIO TO ADD MEDIA ASSET THE VIDEO WORKS FINE BUT WITH NO SOUND ALSO THE BLUE SYMBOL IS MISSING OUT OF THE VIDEO CLIP IF I TRY TO IMPORT AUDIO A ERROR READING AUDIO CANNOT BE IMPORTED DIRECTLY CAN ANY BODY HELP PLEASE
