DivX trimmer wanted! - Club CDFreaks

Yo people!

I want to acquire a strong & fast frame-2-frame DivX trimmer.
Something like TMPGEnc Xpress, but not that...

Any ideas?

VirtualDub/Mod in direct stream copy mode. But none will actually be frame accurate since DivX/Xvid use keyframes, can only cut on key frames.... but will be within a "few frames"
