DivX to DVD-R converting the audio track. - Club CDFreaks

I have a DivX cd of the famous England 5 Germany 1 match from 2 years ago and wanna put it onto DVDR using ChickenMan's guide.

It has an MP3 audio track and I would like to convert AC3 5/6 channel, is this possible witout creating audio/video problems?
If it can be done, which is the best tool for the job?

It is possible using ambisonics, etc. to create the additional audio channels but seeing as how the original audio is only 2 channel it would pretty much be a waste of time.

Sonic Foundry Soft Encode is what you need. It will take a 2ch audio and turn it into a true 5.1 ch AC3, the same way Hollywood does it.
