Date/Time stamp missing

I have three miniDVD's from sony dvd camcorder which I want to combine and make one regular sized DVD. These miniDVD's have date and time stamp when I play them directly. But if I use Nero or any other(I have tried DVDLab Pro, TMPGEnc) software to combine these DVDs then I don;t see date and time stamps.

My first question is are these date and time stamps considered as subtutles?

Is there any software using which I can preserve date/time stamp while combining these miniDVDs and create good menus?

Re: Date/Time stamp missing

I don't think that is possible.
