| Capturing ntsc dv tape on pal camera via firewire I have a Sony Pc115E (Pal) camera. A friend gave me a dv tape in Ntsc format. I can view it on the lcd of the camera and even send it to TV as Ntsc or Pal (the camera can convert to Pal on Tv) but I can't capture the tape to my pc via firewire. Most software like scenalyzer,windv, windows movie maker think the tape is Pal and I get distorted sound and video. More stupid programs like Premier don't show anything at all but allow me to control the camera. Is there a way to do this at all with my Pal camera ? All those programs work with a Pal dv tape of course. Many thanks for replies Thomas |
