best program to edit vob files? Need to cut scenes. - Club CDFreaks

I need to cut some scenes in a vob file. It was AVI converted to DVD format. Now I need to get rid of the ending.

What is the best/easiest program you guys would recomend?

If you have all the dvd files{ifo bup vob} load the video in a dvd authoring program like Tmpgenc dvd Author and cut out the scenes you don't want.
