Windoes SP2 Security center...

I have recently installed SP2 on my Win XP pro computer. Now i want to disable the windows antivirus and firewall since i have already got those. When i go to security center, it says that the Firewall is ON (green light) and the antivirus is ON (green light). These will not turn off. If i go to Windows firewall settings it says it is turned off, but in the main security center window it says it is still on....

There is also no option i can see to disable windows antivirus.

Please help
