Vista sp1 disables burning at higher speed than 4X

After installing sp1 in Vista, burning speed is lowered to 4X when using an ata burner (Samsung SH S202SJ).Sata burner (LiteOn LH 20A1S) still burns at any supported speed.

Re: Vista sp1 disables burning at higher speed than 4X

When I had a problem after installing SP-1 in Vista Ultimate, I integrated it into the original OS DVD and did a fresh install and never had another problem. I never like installing Service Packs by themselves.
