Ultraiso and ISO size

Hi m8s

I have an image in CUE/BIN format and like to add some files to it. I have read that UltraIso is from the best that finds for doing this, much better than WinISO for example.
I have done the process of adding the new items and have save the image to an ISO file. After this I notice that my new ISO file is smaller than my original BIN file, let's say 30MB smaller. Is this normal?

Thanks a lot for the help.
