| Starting up issues---PC Game I'm trying to dl my game "Over the Hedge" and it's giving me an error message. Says "couldn't find MSVCR80.dl (c:/program files/windows defender/mpshhook/dll)" any suggestions? I have the game loaded, but I when I click the shortcut to start the game, the screen goes black as if it's loading, but then goes back to the desktop. Any suggestions?? |

| Re: Starting up issues---PC Game ok, so now I've downloaded the missing file, but my computer is giving me the same error message. could it be possible that the F:Program files/Windows Defender/mpshhook/dll (which requires my MSVCR80.dll file) just isn't looking in the right spot for the file, and if so, where am I to put my MSVCR80.dll file so that it will recognize it |
