Sound Forge Audio Studio 9

I wanting to save an audio CD as mp3 and am trying to determine what some of the option settings mean on the "Custom Template, Encode Tab" box of the "Save As" command. (See attachment.)

How does the quality slider affect the output?

What does VBR quality mean?

What is intensity stereo?

Is there a full manual for this software? All I could find was a Quickstart Guide.

Thanks!

Re: Sound Forge Audio Studio 9

No it doesn't, but thanks.
This is for Sound Forge 9, not Sound Forge Audio Studio 9.
This manual may have helped, but it all it says under "Creating Custom Templates" is, "for help on different settings, click the help button".
I don't have Sound Forge 9 help and the help in Sound Forge Audio Studio 9 doesn't cover this.
Thanks.

Nope. That's only the Quick Start Guide I had referenced.

Thanks.
