hi can anyone help everytime i plug my re-writer in my pc freezes,help anyone

Jumper it properly. Put it on the secondary IDE cable. Try a different cable. Try it in a different PC to be sure it is a good drive.

hi i tried that,and another dvd rewriter,but still does the same,it used to work
