Heya.
I have a problem with sims 2 when i build a double bed it works fine as usual 2 people can sleep in it etc. But after a day or two suddenly one side of the bed cannot be sleeped in so two people cant sleep in the bed. So i then i tried to delete it but cant even do that as it says object in use or something like that!
Help please?

Try reinstalling the game.

I have the same problem with the sims 2 french version. Only after a few hours of use! 50% of the bed is inactive and nothing to solve the problem. Impossible to sell the bed, move it. Nothing seem to make the program understand that the bed is empty, and not occupied!

If some one has an idea!
Nota: If your idea is to format c: i don't think it is worse to post. I don't think neither that getting rid of my PC and bying a new is the solution.

Solve buggy bug bed sims2 sims 2
You can use a cheat code: type ctrl+maj+c
then an input field open. Type moveObjects on. You can now delete every thing. Be careful you can undo delete action. Only delete the buggy bed and by an other. I works for me. Then deactivate the cheat code by moveObject off.

Si un lit double ne peut plus ni être occupé par deux personnes à la fois ni être supprimé même si il est innocupé(message d'erreur : impossible de supprimer un objet en cours d'utilisation ), il est possiblre d'utiliser le code de triche suivant:
Taper Ctrl+Maj+c. Un champ de saisie s'ouvre : taper moveobjects on. Supprimez le lit en le vendant. Attention les supression ne peuvent pas être annulées. Puis désactiver le code par CTRL+MAJ+c puis moveobjects off. Il suffit alors de racheter un lit.
