samsung digimax s500 - Club CDFreaks

i have a samsung digimax s500, it takes pictures ok, problem is: it wont download the pictures on my pc. I try to connect the usb cable but when i plug it in nothing happens, my pc doesn't recognise it.... nothing pops up, no auto play nothing. i check in my computer and its not there either.

i've installed, uninstalled, reinstalled it but that doesnt seem to help.

any advise???????

Have you tried it on another computer?

yes i've tried and it works, so thats why i know its not the camera.

Have you tried another USB device on that port. Perhaps you have a problem with your usb port.

yes i have tried it in all the USB port...still no luck..
and all the drivers are installed
