Problems using nero vision express

I recently installed nero software.
I 've got problem with win media player, nero show time and installed directx9b.
Now everything is ok but nero vision express.
It still doesn't work and continues to say that directx9 or superior is needed.
But I have already installed it.(then uninstalled and reinstalled nero after that)
What I have to do again?
thank you
