Problem installing and running DVDInfoPro

Today I got message my version of DVDInfoPro expired and need to download new version. When I try to run it after downloading and installing new version, I again get same message that it's expired and need to download new version. However, it says my version is up to date when I again go to download new version. What might cause this, and can anyone tell me a fix?
