HI,

Is PC Tools Firewall Plus, better than the Firewall that comes
with Widows XP Pro ?

Hi

Most folk I know that have tried this s/w. Have removed it after a short trial.
It is probably best to stick with either ZoneAlarm or Comodo Pro.
Both of which are free.
