Nero installation

I need to instal Nero in D hard disk, but it doesn't give to option to change or to examine and install it in C. How can modify that serious trouble, for I have no space in C? Many thanks

Re: Nero installation

Welcome to the forum

I'm not sure that can be the answer, but maybe you need to install nero with Administrator privileges to change installation directory

Re: Nero installation

When you start windows, what type of user are you using? Are you logging as administrator or as a normal user?

Re: Nero installation

hmm...

go to control panel --> User accounts, and check what type of user you have. Be careful to not modify anything

Re: Nero installation

Then I think that administrator privileges are not the cause of the problem.

hmm... Do you already have nero installed on C: disc or it is a new installation?

Re: Nero installation

I had it wrongly installed in C by a technician. I unistalled it and tried to install it again in D. Do I have, maybe, to erase foldes and create nes ones in D?

Re: Nero installation

Then the problem should be that you have a not complete uninstallation.

Search on nero website to find the uninstall tool; this should remove completely anything in the correct way

Re: Nero installation

Ok, try this.

Download here the clean tool and use it to remove nero from your C: drive.

When nero is not anymore in C. drive, you should be able to change the path if installation.
