| My computer freezes but mouse still works... Hi Ive recently just started having this problem of when i start downloading or going into my videos folder or do anything related to videos my computer freezes and a error sign comes up. When i click 'don't send' it freezes my computer but when i press Ctrl+Alt+Delete it shows that i have ended the task but i still see the window that i had tried to end. I can't click on anything else either, it just won't respond. My mouse still works and i can move it around etc... I have to restart my computer and it gets really annoying! Please help me sort this out, ill be very thankful  Oh and i hope i haven't posted this in the wrong section  |
