Future Znet article about a week after Vista is released: "Hackers crack Vista activation"

I forget, how long did it take for the activation to be cracked in XP? Oh yeah, before it was officially released!

We know that someone will crack it, just pointing out the direction mircosoft heading in. It's bad news for a new user so overloaded with DRM that there is going to be lots of conflicts.

As someone here wisely pointed out...now that XP more or less works, stick with it...maybe change to Vista in a couple of years. Ja?

I'm currently running the beta (quad booting the machine atm) and although it works fine with my hardware, i still have to find a killer tool or piece of software that would make me switch.
