Hi i use nero for burning software i usaully download video_ts or iso files the movie i want is in a rar format how do i convert this to beable to put it to disc?

You need to extract the movie from the collection of rar files using Winrar. Depends what format the movie - legally obtained of course - is in as to what you do next.
