Gta 3, Sims Unleashed, Sims Makin Magic

Hello everybody!!!
I was wondering if you could help me with a little problem that came up last week, since my room got fire from some candles that I had left burning without being all the time in my room. Unfortunately all my cds as well as my other stuff have been destroyed, but lucky me I have backed up everything into an external hard drive for any case... Right now I want to create some cds with the back up files I have, but I do not remember the names of the original cds. I mean while I have saved the content of the cds to my ext. hard drive I didn't keep the cd names.
Right now I'm trying to restore three games. The first one is GTA3 which had 2 cds, and the other ones are sims unleashed (2 cds) and makin magic (2 cds) for my little sister.
I would be really greatful to anyone who can give me any feedback, as all the cds that have been destroyed were original, and I believe you can understand my position right now!!!
For instance, the GTA3 I remember had one cd with the name "play" while the other one had the name "install", (these names were written on the surface), but I want to know the names of these two cds that are appearing at your cd rom drives when you open it from "my computer". Please guys give it a go and if you own any of these cds it would not take long just to give me a small reply with the two names that I'm looking for...Thanks for reading! I shall be waiting...
The three games are:
GTA3
SIMS UNLEASHED
SIMS MAKIN MAGIC

you should be able to email the companies and request their help, since you must have registered the discs when you bought them.

however, since you saved the content, you probably did not save it in the order that the game expects to find it on a cd, and reconstructing it will be difficult, if not impossible. i suggest you write to the companies, or call, and ask them about the possibility of replacement discs.

hello dudes!
Thanx for your replies...
Da_Taxman no, I didn't even create image files, I just used copy and paste (from the cd to the hard disk) and I created a file called gta3 cd1 and cd2 and not the original names... That's the problem! Anyway, thank you very much for your replies, if possible I will always hanging arround hoping I can help you too!

Hmmm I am no expert on this, but I think you did it the wrong way, as most probably, the protected files (copy protection) got corrupted during the data transfer. Maybe a no-cd patch could help you out, but those are illegal...

Let's really hope you regged those games, so maybe you can get a backup for free (or a lower price..).
