Folder password software

Is there anything that would lock a folder, so when you double-click it, you have to enter a password to view it's content? And yes, I've searched Google all around and found almost nothing (except Folder Password Experts, which is 40 bucks...).

I don't need an encryption program. Just locking.

I think you can assign a password to a folder with WinZip or Win RAR.
