General Software Discuss, disabling toolbar at International Chat: Software related forum; i have installed a program that placed a toolbar in my outlook 2003. i tried disabling it by unchecking the toolbar checkbox under view but every time i start up outlook the toolbar comes back. is there a way to permanently disable the toolbar? thanks

Try RUN > MSCONFIG > STARTUP > uncheck outlook - restart

Whats the program that you've installed? You might find an option in the settings for this program that might remove the toolbar.
