| cd restore or recovery or resource disk for a dell inspiron 2200 I picked up a dell inspiron 2200 that had a new hard drive put in it,which did`nt include a system or drivers,So i`m kinda hoping a restore,recovery or resource will do the trick to get it up and running.If anyone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated. thanx |

| Re: cd restore or recovery or resource disk for a dell inspiron 2200 If you still have the original HD which came with the PC, and if it still contains the hidden DRS partition, which holds the recovery image for the system, you could create a recovery cd from that, somehow. Otherwise, you have to talk to the Dell people, maybe they'll help. |
