I had to change my email address because of to much spam. Now that my provider changed it I can't send or receive mail. I can't send mail with outlook or thunderbird. The tech guys are saying something blocking my mail. I have disabled my firewall and antivirus, but still nothing. All my settings for incoming and outgoing mail are correct My mail worked before my provider changed my email address, what has changed ?

I would try my old one first just incase its not changed
Failing that what errors do you get when you try to send

In Outlook, when you send an e-mail, there should be an account button under the send button. Does your correct account show?

Also, under the Tools menu is an option "Account Settings". Select Account Settings and open the account. There is an option to "test account settings". Were you able to receive the test e-mail?
