Can't mount CUE sheet

I've searched and can't find the answer I'm looking for.

I keep getting error "Cue Sheet Line 1 - file not accessable"

The images in question worked fine before I changed the file name, to something I could remember and identify easily. I then changed the .CUE file in notepad to match the changed name file. I get this error still. What might I be doing wrong?

Convert your bin file to a iso and move on.

Probably need to check the folder\filename again in the cue file.
