Yes it's a legal tool... I even uploaded it here of the other link mentioned by 'I Yearn to Burn' doesn't work.

I'm starting to doubt its legality in the US. It actually does modify the data on the disc. It's just not noticeable unless you are using the audio read method.

It should therefore be outlawed under the DMCA, no?

If you patch an image using BetaBlocker,
do you need any special software to play to game?
I heard that you need some kind of software
