Where can I find those round-shaped tabbed labels for use with empty DVDR Cake Box?

Hello, everyone here!

I have always trying to find a way to store my forever increasing CDr/DVDr collection. I have been told recently that a company has designed a kind of tabbed label/divider for use with empty CD-R/DVD-R Cake Boxes. I think this is a wonderful idea, so I can put all my old empty cake boxes back to good use. This new product is supposed to have a tab attached to each label, so that one can tell which is which without go through the discs.

But I can’t find anywhere is selling this new kind of round-shaped CD tabbed divider. Could anyone here be able to help me to locate the dealer who carry those?
