| v-rally 2 expert edition+clonecd4 I tried copying the european version of v-rally2 expert edition using clonecd 4 and the Game profile. While clonecd reported that the cd was created successfuly, the cd cannot be read on either my dvd or my cd-rw drive. I then copied the cds contents to a folder and then burn it via nero burning rom. But this time the cd only works with the plextor 8/4/32 cd-rw that I have. If i insert the cd in my hitachi 8x dvd it won't recognise it. My question: has anybody managed to do a 1:1 copy of v-rally2 expert edition with clonecd? Cd-rw: plextor 8/4/32A dvd: hitachi 8x |

| Thank you for your reply. It's not a new title, its was released last year. The original cd has audio+data, but clony cannot detect it's protection. The thing is that I tried doing an image with clonecd4 which was created successfuly, but when I burned it again (at 4x this time) the cd wasn't recognised (all I get is a CDF file system, 0 bytes free space and I cannot see the contents of the cd). I used again the game profile in clonecd 4. Does this mean that clonecd 4 cannot copy this game or there is something wrong with my configuration/hardware? Pierre |

| Quick answer - yes. Right, the V-Rally series are a cinch. Your Plex is an excellent reader/writer for SecuROM, but the firmware *has* to be >=1.07. I have the Hitachi GD-7500 which can do subs, yours is the GD-7000? Try the SecuROM profile from here and stay in touch. PM me if I appear to be ignoring you ![]() |

| V-Rally 2 I have successfully copied V-Rally 2 using settings from Clony XXL version 2.0.0.6 and CloneCd version 4.2.0.2. Essential to enable Hide CD-R Media flag in CloneCd toolbar. Set maximum speeds for reading of sub-channel audio & data, audio ext quality bad and always close last session. Burner is Samsung RW 12-8-32 and not a real modern one. Game installs & plays from any drive on my 3 computers without any problems.
