Unreal Tournament 2003 + Twinpeak NO GO!

I have the problem that ut2k3 won't run of the first CD when having burnt it with CloneCD.

I made a .ccd image of the first CD (Game Profile) and patched it with Twinpeak .2 (sector step of 15). I burnt the thing again on a CDrw with the Game Profile (10x)
I did that 4 times. Two times with my own BWA used to patch the CCD file and two times with a downloaded one which looks really good.

Now the strange thing:
If I burn the VERY SAME patched.ccd with Alcohol120% which didn't work before with CloneCD the backup works like a charme! Using the Securom *NEW profile in Alcohol!

any help is appreciated.

If you install the latest patch (and there's really no reason not too) you won't need the CD or a backup, as it removes CD checks.....so you can just do a normal copy.

I think I didn't state my problem clear enough. It's not that Unreal Tournament 2003 doesn't start, the first CD doesn't even autoplay! The green light on my DVD drive stays on all the time and I can only get the CD out with the eject button.
The same thing happens with the burned CD in the computer of my sister and a friend of mine so it's not my computer but really a coaster. And the same thing happens in the burner as well.
Any help is appreciated.
My drives:
Lite-On LTD 166s dvd-rom
LG GCE-8400b burner
