Is it true you can use CloneCD on PS2 games and not use a modchip? Because my friend told me that you can or you can format the cd to play on a PS2. If anyone is a pro at this can you PLEASE help me. I need to know.

In this forum someone has allegedly got a 90min disc to boot without a modchip.
