| I heard somewhere that EULA isnt valid in court as it is only an agreement. I know this is off topic, but this subjet as been a "hot" issue for the makers of the EverQuest emulator (the EULA clearly state that you cannot use the program to connect to anything but their servers). And to play, you have to agree to the EULA. Now, the judge can't throw you in jail if you "lie" to the agreement form. (You click I accept where you in fact refused) EULA doesnt mean much in court.. Of course thats what I heard, I dont know if its true or not ![]() |
