searching tutorial for backup of navigator CDs "Teleatlas DX.....2007/2008"

want to backup my CDs for navigation "Teleatlas DX ...... 2007/2008", using available software like CloneCD or other.
My burners are LG GSA H-44N and LG GSA 4167B.
Having no experience in that field I would appreciate any assistance or links to tutorials or instructions on how to proceed. thanks to all.
