safedisk2 compatiable writer problem - Club CDFreaks

hello there i just recently brought myself a lg gce-8160b writer and in all safedisk2 reviews and lists of compatiable writers this thing should be able to do it but it just will not read at all not even the old safedisk any suggestions thankyou

I'm afraid to ask but what settings are you using? FES enabled? LG writers are very slow in reading the SafeDisc error sectors so you have to be patient or use a different drive for reading the image. Also. please give us some more info on your setup and used CloneCD version.

Just because a burner cuts SD 2.51.021 like mustard doesn't mean it can read it. Little known fact: LG's choke on error reads...hang in there; make a hot Milo & go to bed
