I have made an CloneCD-image of Rogue Spear: Urban Operations... If I send the files to my friend who has Yamaha CRW4416S, can he burn them with CloneCD? I know that Yammies do not support DAO-RAW, but I've heard that you still can use Yammies with CloneCD...

If the Yammy can't burn DAO-RAW, CloneCD still has SAO-RAW. This is a software trick to let the burner write uncorrected data even if normally the burner does not allow this. The principle is based on data filling the entire 2352 bytes per sector (maximum amount). Therefore, there can be no error correction since there is no more room left
