to prove that jedi knight 2 doesn't have a protecion i used nero which can't copy protected cds and it works fine.

All you need for SecuROM is a DAO burner & a DAO app. DiscJuggler & Nero will both defeat it. SAO can generally not do subs based copy protection because the main & sub data isn't streamed together - the PQ subs are just regenerated instead of containing any original digital ID.
