Copying of redalert 2 works wonderfully using clone cd 3.2.1.1 and plextor 12/10 TA firmware 1.08. Used Clonyxl to catch settings and that works for sure.

Indeed. The Plextor PX-W1210A seems to be working (very well) with AWS
