Clone CD Discuss, Please help,help!!! at Burning Software forum; Please help,help!!! When I read the disk Operation Flashpoint on its burner,in hardware mode beside I am got 1168 killed sector,but in software mode - 594. Why so occurs? The Program beside me - CloneCD 3.3.4.1, burner - ASUS-1610A. If who knows how much indeed killed

When I read the disk Operation Flashpoint on its burner,in hardware mode beside I am got 1168 killed sector,but in software mode - 594. Why so occurs? The Program beside me - CloneCD 3.3.4.1, burner - ASUS-1610A.
If who knows how much indeed killed sector on disk Operation Flashpoint - say me.

Yes, and else - when reading of this disk BlindWrite is got already not 594,but 580 killed sector. I not flood plain what is wrong.

im not 100% sure. but i would say it has something to do with read speed.

someone else should tell you the actual reason....but i am interested to see what cd it is, what reader and with each setting (hardware, software and blindwrite) how does the disk turn out ?

does it work ?

I tried on miscellaneous velocity reading - does not help.
Disk - TDK CD-RW650

Hmm weird... I would suggest using software error correction, setting the read retries to max and a read speed of 4x. This might take a while to read but your drive is picking up errors that aren't supposed to be there. Maybe you can try writing to a CD-RW disc and test if the image was extracted properly?
