partail CCD or ISO image?

I would like to make a CCD file from a CD. But I would like to EXCCLUDE the AUTORUN file. Any Ideas on how I can do this?

You can create an image using CloneCD and then manually remove the autorun file using ultraiso or a similar iso edit program which can handle ccd format.
