Clone CD Discuss, lite-on 12x10x40 at Burning Software forum; is there with the new clone cd version 4.2.0.2 still the same problem of making a good copie with a safedisk 2.81 protected game.

As far as I've experienced...yes.

When I tried to backup Need for Speed 2: Hot Pursuit (a safedisc 2.8 game) with my Lite-ON (which does correct EFM-Encoding), I was unable to make a working backup using the latest CloneCD.

I was however able to make a working backup without issue with Alcohol.
